The time is a range, not a promise. The appointment date and the processing speed are set by the institution; we stop your file from waiting there, we do not set their calendar.
Documents are needed from both sides
A work permit file is not the employee's alone; the employer also has documents to provide, and the process does not move until both are complete.
- Passport.
- Employment contract or a written job offer.
- Diploma and any professional qualifications — certified and translated.
- Biometric photograph.
- From the employer: the company's documents and the declarations required for the application.
The order of the permit

The contract is made
This is the basis of the application; without it no file is opened.

Work permit application
In Türkiye this application is made by the EMPLOYER. The employee cannot apply alone, and this is the most common piece of wrong information we meet.

It joins the residence permit
Once the work permit is granted the residence side attaches to it; the two do not run on separate calendars.

If further documents are requested they are supplied in time.

An employee cannot apply on their own behalf; the employer files it. Learning this late costs weeks, because the employer has a file to prepare too.
