Who you are applying to
Doc City (Moscow) and Mirrefah (Istanbul) are two brands of the same team. For processing that takes place in Türkiye the data controller is the Istanbul business; processing in Russia is subject to Russian law (152-FZ). This text covers the Türkiye side.

How to apply
Your request must be made in writing. There are three routes:
- Email: info@doccity.net — write 'KVKK request' in the subject line.
- In person: Fulya Mah. Büyükdere Cad. Osman Apt. No: 58, Floor 2, Flat 7 · Mecidiyeköy, Şişli / Istanbul. Identification required.
- Through a notary, to the address above.
What the request must contain
Under the Communiqué on Application Procedures your request must include: full name, signature (for written applications), your Turkish identity number if you are a Turkish citizen or your nationality and passport number if not, an address for service, any email and phone for notification, and the subject of your request.
If you have an enquiry tracking code, include it; it speeds up finding your record.
How long a response takes
Your request is concluded within THIRTY DAYS at the latest. It is free unless the process incurs a cost, in which case the fee in the Board's tariff may be charged.
If your request is refused or you find the response insufficient, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days of learning the response and in any case within sixty days of your application.
The limit of an erasure request
We may not always be able to meet an erasure request: some records must be kept for a set period by law. Where that is the case we will tell you in writing which record we must keep and why.
Records whose retention obligation has ended are deleted or anonymised on request.
